Booklice

In the order of Psocoptera and most commonly found in the genera Lepinotus and Liposcelis.

Booklice, also called Psocids, prefer to be in areas of inactivity, high humidity and warm temps. They feed on mold and are found in homes as well as commercial facilities. Similar to Silverfish & Firebrats in that they like starches. Psocids are also a pest of stored foods. They are very small, measuring 1 – 2 mm in length.
