3. I consent to delivery of prize products to the shipping address I provided. I recognize that email, phone, and street address information will be collected solely for prize fulfillment and will not be published nor sold in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. I release and discharge J. F. Oakes Sales & Marketing, LLC, its officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability or claims arising out of my participation, including any consumer injury or damages—notwithstanding any warranty.
5. I acknowledge and agree that J. F. Oakes Sales & Marketing, LLC does not make any warranties—express or implied—regarding this Giveaway, the story submissions, or any prize, and limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law (consistent with its Terms of Use).
